We have  put an Aburi spin on the traditional Kaiseki meal, carefully paired with sakes by Miki Ellis, Aburi Restaurant’s sake specialist. Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero and Head Sushi Chef Kazuki Uchigoshi along with Head Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi will guide you through the flavours and inspiration of the meal.
