Starting off the meal is the Kaiseki Zensai course which is a flavourful selection of kobachi (small plates), featuring fresh sashimi, an Heirloom Tomatoes and Blood Orange Salad, fresh oyster, to Pan Seared Scallop
The second course is an Atlantic Canadian Lobster Stuffed Cod Brandade, served with a truffle dashi glaze, nori gomashio, roasted carrots and a carrot purée.
The third course is a tender Wagyu Beef Filet and Soy Braised Beef Shank, with grilled artichokes, truffle gel, cipollini onion, shogun maitake mushrooms, sancho pepper glaze.
The fourth course is our Mother’s Day Sushi Selection, featuring our signature Aburi oshis, rolls, and nigiri.
Finishing the Mother’s Day Kaiseki is a Passion Fruit Coconut Mousse. A delicious and artfully-plated combination of matcha meringue, banana gâteau, passion fruit coulis, and banana ice cream.
