We’ll be offering our special Valentine’s Day Kaiseki all weekend long, from February 14th – February 16th, dinner only.

Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an evening of Aburi cuisine. Our chefs have created a wonderful Valentine’s Day Kaiseki menu, featuring an exclusive Valentine’s Roll, our signature Aburi sushi, and a Ruby Chocolate Fondant for dessert.

The first course is a Kaiseki Zensai – featuring a variety of fresh ingredients and different flavours.

The third course is a 48-Hour Wagyu Short Rib, served with yukari pomme paillasson, soy shiitake gel, charred baby onions, caulini, and pink peppercorn mirin jus.

The fourth course is our Chef’s Sushi Selection, featuring premium seafood such as ō-toro and uni, as well as our signature Aburi Oshi,

The final course is a Ruby Chocolate Fondant made with hibiscus cream, and served with strawberry ice cream.
