Situated along the Burrard Inlet next to the Vancouver landmark Canada Place, Miku Waterfront delivers gourmet Aburi cuisine paired with its lively, energetic ambience. Miku first introduced Aburi-style cuisine to Vancouver in 2008 and offers a full bar and lounge area, patio with an open waterfront view, private dining room, and full service sushi bar. Traditional Japanese flavours and techniques are combined with local, west coast elements to create a truly unique dining experience enjoyed by locals and visitors alike. Located in vibrant Yaletown District, Aburi’s second location is known for it’s Aburi Sushi Appetizers and innovative main courses. Combining traditional Japanese flavours with West Coast influences, the flavours are at once familiar and new. The restaurant features two large private dining rooms as well as a hidden garden patio.
Gyoza Bar exudes an atmosphere that is both warm and inviting. Located in an age-old heritage building, we have maintained as much of the original brick walls as possible – creating an environment that is both contemporary and classic. Our menu is designed to reflect this this casual appeal while providing a high level of service and commitment to quality. Featuring classic favourites such as gyoza and ramen, as well as more creative ventures like bao boards and small plates, Gyoza Bar puts an innovative twist to conventional Japanese comfort food.
