Choose between our Signature Aburi Sushi Selection, Sashimi Plate, or Garden Plate
The Sashimi Plate includes salmon, hamachi, hotate, aka ebi
Course 2 Option: Confit Alberta Beef Shortrib & Hatcho Miso Glazed Foie Gras
Served with red cabbage purée, shiitake mushroom, baby zucchini,
nori roasted potatoes, and a mirin wine reduction.
Saikyo Miso Maked Sablefish & Butter Poached Lobster Tail
Served with carrot purée, market vegetables, tomato relish,
pea tendrils, and tomato garlic ponzu.
Tamari Soy Glazed Cauliflower Steak
Served with crispy tempeh, flowering kale, market vegetables, soy shiitake marmalade, sun dried tomato chutney, and cauliflower purée.
Coconut Panna Cotta
Coconut Panna Cotta with black sesame white chocolate cream,
lime curd, and lemongrass syrup.
Green Tea Opera
Our signature Green Tea Opera cake with green tea genoise, matcha butter cream,
dark chocolate ganache, adzuki bean cream, hazelnut wafer, matcha ice cream.
