Starting on April 24th, take home one of our two Japanese meal kits, featuring fresh and locally sourced ingredients as well as recipes created by our very own Chefs.

Choose between the Temaki Sushi Kit or the Soba Peperoncino Kit to take home a piece of Aburi and recreate the flavours of our cuisine. Regardless of your preference, both kits are guaranteed to result in a unique, interactive and delicious experience.

Easter may be celebrated a bit differently this year; however, we want to help you and your loved ones partake in the safety and comfort of your home.

Our acclaimed Executive Pastry Chef, Aiko Uchigoshi has crafted a deliciously unique dessert to help make this Easter a bit more joyful. Our Matcha Tiramisu is hopping with unique flavours and textures, sure to bring a smile to anyone’s face this Spring!

Green tea ladyfingers, combined with Matcha ganache, fresh Mascarpone cream and balanced with crispy chocolate pearls, make this dessert a Spring-standout.

Serving up to four and offered at $35, this Matcha Tiramisu is the perfect Easter dessert or gifting solution. Also, add one of our curated bottles of wine or sake to any order for the ultimate Easter treat.

Aburi Hana x Miku To-Go

You can now enjoy your Aburi favourites in the comfort of your residence, with our newly developed Miku To-Go Menu. Offerings include a combination of Miku staples and new additions, such as the Bay Street Bento and our Signature Sushi Sets.

For a limited time, we are also featuring specially curated dishes developed by Aburi Hana’s Executive Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa. All offerings incorporate elements of Kyoto-style Kaiseki, Aburi cuisine and modern gastronomic techniques, including the Hana Bento Box, which features premium ingredients like Canadian Seabass and Wagyu. Also available for pick-up are special items such as the Hana Chirashi Sushi, Maguro Don, and Nova Scotia Lobster Tempura. Furthermore, proceeds from sales of the Aburi Hana x Miku initiative will be directed to fellow peers in the hospitality industry who have been affected by current circumstances

During this time, we hope to provide a semblance of normalcy and reprieve while providing high-quality dining options and helping you celebrate any special milestones, birthdays, or anniversaries. Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an evening of Aburi cuisine. Our chefs have created a wonderful Valentine’s Day Kaiseki menu, featuring an exclusive Valentine’s Roll, our signature Aburi sushi, and a Ruby Chocolate Fondant for dessert.

Visit us during Winterlicious to experience our prix fixe menus, only available during January 31st – February 13th.

Winterlicious is the perfect opportunity to try a prix fixe menu featuring a wide array of items from our menu as well as exclusive Winterlicious dishes such as our Kaisen Don, Tamari Soy Glazed Cauliflower Steak and Passionfruit Soy Milk Panna Cotta. For lunch, choose from our signature Zens, sushi, and dessert. For dinner, guests can choose from a variety of dishes including our Saikyo Miso Baked Sablefish, and a fresh sashimi platter!
