Holiday Japanese Buffet: Seafood & Prime Rib

Miku is pleased to present a one-day-only Holiday Japanese Seafood & Prime Rib Buffet on Sunday, December 21. This exclusive lunch event invites guests to celebrate the season with an indulgent menu featuring Miku’s signature creations and Aburi favourites.

The buffet will include a premium raw bar with chef-selected sashimi, seared tuna tataki with truffle ponzu, and shrimp cocktail with yuzu cocktail sauce; an extensive sushi station with Aburi Oshi, nigiri, and maki; and kitchen highlights such as prime rib carving, make-your-own ramen, roasted ham, chicken karaage, Atlantic miso yaki, and panko-breaded oysters.

To complete the experience, guests will enjoy a petit green tea opera with Hokkaido pumpkin cream caramel, a coffee gelée topped with whipped Dulcey cream, and a limoncello pie — all crafted by MICHELIN-Starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi. A featured holiday cocktail or mocktail will also be available for purchase.
