Starting off the meal is the Kaiseki Zensai course which is a flavourful selection of kobachi (small plates), featuring fresh sashimi, an Heirloom Tomatoes and Blood Orange Salad, fresh oyster, to Pan Seared Scallop

The first course is a refreshing Amuse Bouche of Japanese Caprese.

The second course, pictured below, is the Kaiseki Zensai which features Cured Lobster with Braised Kabu, Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop, Aburi Beef Carpaccio, a Sashimi Trio, and a Crispy Fried Foccacia Oyster. For this course, our chefs utilize their creative flair and a variety of fresh ingredients to bring guests a multitude of flavours. Served in our special Arita plate ware, this course is a feast for the eyes as well as the taste buds.
