Inspired by the celebration, our chefs have created a sensational Sakura Kaiseki utilizing the freshest ingredients. Indulge in a marvellous five-course menu that features a variety of fresh seafood, Aburi sushi, and a delightful dessert.

This October, we will be celebrating our 3-year anniversary in Toronto.
This year is extra special to us because it marks the 10th year of our Aburi brand being in Canada. Our first location in downtown Vancouver opened in 2008, when owner Seigo Nakamura introduced Aburi (flame seared) sushi to Canada. We’re proud to see that Aburi sushi has become so popular across Canada!
To celebrate this special milestone, our chefs have created an exclusive 5 course Anniversary Kaiseki menu featuring a selection of dishes that highlight our Aburi cuisine and contemporary culinary style. Pair with our featured sake pairing to complete your meal.
Thank you to all our guests, we sincerely appreciate your enthusiasm and support. We can’t wait to continue sharing Aburi with you!

Our jidori chicken is roasted to a perfect golden brown and served with prosciutto, tomato ponzu barley, soy shiitake marmalade, jalapeño, and wild arugula.
This new refreshing summer appetizer begins with both roasted beets, candy cane beets, and compressed tofu nestled on a bed of yuzu saffron quinoa, served with a wasabi soy glaze and finished with shiso (Japanese mint) oil.
