Our Sashimi Course comes with a selection of traditional and Aburi sashimi.
Our Kaiseki Zensai consists of Beef Tataki, Pan Seared Hokkaido Scallop, a Smoked Lobster Marmitako Stew, and a fresh oyster with shiso oil, served in our beautiful Arita plate ware.
Next is our take on the traditional Beef Wellington, served with market vegetables, kabocha purée, truffle butter veal jus and creamy horseradish.
Our Aburi Sushi Selection is a premium selection of a guest favourite, Aburi Oshi Sushi and Aburi nigiri. Enjoy our signature Aburi Salmon and Ebi Oshi, as well as King Salmon Nigiri, Konbu-Cured Red Sea Bream Nigiri, Miyazki A5 Wagyu Nigiri, and Otoro Nigiri.
For dessert, this menu features a Guanaja Chocolate Mousse with Yuzu Caramel, served with a house-made banana ice cream. A delightful combination of dacquoise, hazelnut feuilletine, Japanese whisky gelée highlighted by the fragrant and refreshing flavours of yuzu citrus and banana.
