MICHELIN CHEF RYUSUKE NAKAGAWA POP-UP MENU
From November 5 - 19, Miku is excited to feature a special Kyō-Kaiseki menu, presenting a 7-course dining experience designed by Executive Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa of our MICHELIN-starred sister restaurant, Aburi Hana. This exclusive dining experience showcases the culinary artistry of modern Kyō-Kaiseki dining using premium and seasonal Japanese ingredients.
Tickets are limited each evening. Chef Ryusuke Nakagawa has designed the menu entirely, and he will be at Miku on select days during the pop-up experience.
