Menu details

This October, Miku Toronto proudly commemorates our 10th anniversary with an exclusive, limited-time Kaiseki experience. Available from October 1–31, this seven-course Anniversary Kaiseki revives Miku’s most iconic dishes, reimagined with the modern artistry of Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero. Each course is thoughtfully paired with premium wine and sake selections curated by Beverage Manager & Sommelier Angela Allan.

Begin your journey with the indulgence of Wagyu Tartare and a refined sashimi selection, followed by the vibrant Hassun featuring Roasted Scallop, Lobster, and a seasonal Yasai Medley. Continue with Roasted Sablefish and an exquisite sushi course, then savour the highlight of the evening — A5 Wagyu complemented by Maitake Mushroom and a delicate jus. To finish, delight in a refreshing Yuzu Parfait layered with cream, crumble, and candied yuzu.

$175 per guest | Optional $60 wine pairing. Available during dinner service only.

First opened in 2015,

ABURI Restaurants’ first East Coast location is in Toronto’s Harbourfront at Bay and Queen’s Quay. With over 7000 square feet, a raw bar, sushi bar, and large patio, Miku brings contemporary upscale design to the Southern Financial District.

Expanding East, first from Japan, then Vancouver, ABURI Restaurants has built a reputation as a trailblazer for Aburi sushi and innovative Japanese cuisine in North America.
