Winter Kaiseki Menu

From January 2 to 31, indulge in a seven-course Winter Kaiseki Menu curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero. The experience begins with elegant starters such as Wagyu Tartare and a refined selection of Aburi sashimi, including Wasabi Masatake Akami, Atlantic Salmon, Hokkaido Scallop, Madai, and Hamachi. A beautifully composed Hassun course follows, featuring King Oyster Mushroom Tempura, Boquerones, and Scallop Piccata.

Guests will then enjoy Roasted Black Cod served with Tororo Kombu Velouté, before moving into a signature sushi course showcasing Foie Gras Oshi Sushi, Wagyu Salmon Oshi Bites, and Ikura Uni Mini Don. The entrée highlights A5 Wagyu Striploin accompanied by Shogun Maitake Mushroom, onion purée, and rich mushroom jus. The menu concludes with a refreshing Yuzu Parfait, masterfully crafted by MICHELIN-starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi.

The Winter Kaiseki Menu is priced at $175 per guest, with an optional Premium Wine & Sake Pairing available for $55. Available during dinner service only.
