Embrace the season with our new spring–summer cocktail collection — a vibrant expression of freshness, balance, and refined craftsmanship. Each creation highlights bright citrus, delicate botanicals, and Japanese-inspired flavours designed for warmer days and lighter sipping.
Highlights include the Sakurita, a refreshing blend of Amarás Mezcal, Hornitos tequila, hibiscus green tea liqueur, sakura reishi syrup, elderflower, and lime; the Green Goddess, layered with Planteray 3yr rum, yellow Chartreuse, yuzu, lemon, and fragrant shiso; the Kyuri Su, a crisp and herbaceous combination of gin, St-Germain, cucumber vinegar syrup, and soda; and the Koi Pinku, a lively mix of vodka, lychee, crème de violette, grapefruit oleo, and cranberry for a bright seasonal sip.
