In celebration, our Chef de Cuisine, Junnosuke Fujikawa has created this stunning Autumnal kaiseki, highlighting the rich, warm flavours of Fall. Beverage Director, Nickolas Meyer has designed a perfectly matched beverage pairing, offering a full wine & sake option or a condensed wine-only accompaniment. To finish Head Pastry Chef, Glenda San Jose presents a delectable Matcha Pistachio Financier that is available at both
lunch and dinner.
The 9th Anniversary Kaiseki is exclusively available during dinner service until November 4th.
