Our specialty tarts are crafted with a hand-made buttery shortbread crust, baked almond cream, pastry cream, ginjo sake gelée, crystallized edible flowers, and gold petals. Available offerings include strawberry, mango, and citrus tarts; options will adjust to ensure flavours reflect seasonal harvests. A beautiful treat, gift, or finish to your celebratory meal!
