From December 1st to 30th, experience a seven-course Holiday Kaiseki Tasting Menu curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero. This festive dining journey blends the elegance of Japanese fine dining with the warmth of winter flavours, featuring premium ingredients and refined wine and sake pairings — curated by our Beverage Manager, Angela Allan.

Guests will enjoy highlights such as Wagyu Tartare with Champagne Tarlant, seasonal sashimi including Bluefin Tuna Akami, Atlantic Salmon, Hokkaido Scallop, Madai, and Buri, and King Oyster Mushroom Tempura with Buttermilk Dashi and Shiso Salsa Verde. The menu continues with Roasted Black Cod with Tororo Kombu Velouté, a signature sushi course featuring A5 Japanese Wagyu Nigiri and Ikura Uni Mini Don, and an A5 Wagyu Striploin entrée with Swiss Chard and Pan Jus. Conclude your experience with a Black Forest dessert, crafted by MICHELIN-Star Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi, featuring Soy Tofu Cream Espuma, Cherry Compote, and Maple Ice Cream — a decadent finale to this festive dining journey.

The Holiday Kaiseki is priced at $175 per guest, with an optional Premium Wine & Sake Pairing for $60. Available during dinner service only.
