Experience the beauty of Cherry Blossom season with Miku Toronto’s exclusive 7-course Sakura Kaiseki Tasting Menu, available for dinner from April 1st to 30th. Rooted in the tradition of kaiseki ryōri, this menu reflects the harmony of seasonal ingredients, artistry, and Japanese culinary heritage. Served on exquisite Aritayaki plateware from the artisan town of Arita in Kyushu, each course is a tribute to craftsmanship and flavour.
Curated by Chef de Cuisine Junnosuke Fujikawa, this menu celebrates the arrival of spring with an artfully presented Zensai—a selection of small bites thoughtfully crafted by multiple kitchen stations to awaken the palate. Each course reflects a deep attention to seasonality, presentation, and texture, culminating in a stunning dessert by Pastry Chef Glenda San Jose.
With our signature Aburi twist, this limited-time menu is a celebration of spring, where tradition meets innovation in every dish.
