From July 4 to 20, Miku Toronto invites you to experience Summerlicious with specially priced three-course tasting menus. Thoughtfully curated by Chef de Cuisine Junnosuke Fujikawa and Head Pastry Chef Glenda San Jose, each menu showcases the signature flavours and refined techniques that define Miku’s culinary philosophy.
The Summerlicious Lunch Menu, priced at $55, features a selection of dishes such as the Aburi Sushi Plate, Kaisen (Seafood) Don, and a plant-based Hiyashi Chuka Noodle. Guests may conclude their meal with an elegant dessert, choosing between the Green Tea Opera or the Elderflower Champagne Sorbet.
The Dinner Menu, offered at $75, presents a more indulgent experience with highlights including Chef-Selected Sashimi & Sushi, Truffle Miso Udon, and Sansho Soy-Marinated Beef Tenderloin. Dessert offerings include the Kalamansi Citrus Tart and the Green Tea Opera, providing a refreshing and satisfying finale.
To complement your meal, exclusive sake flights and cocktail pairings are available, crafted by our bartenders, Liam Mauro and Angela Allan, specifically for the Summerlicious occasion.
Lunch menus are available from opening till 4 PM. Dinner menus begin at 4 PM.
