This special menu features a Hassun course with highly seasonal Hotaru Ika (firefly squid), Sakura Ebi Shinjo, and Quebec Duck in Red Miso. It is followed by sustainably caught Baffin Island Arctic Char sourced in partnership with local Inuit fisherman, A5 Awaji Wagyu with panko-breaded miso Sweetbread, our renowned Aburi Sushi, and a decadent Sakura Matcha Cake.
