Late Summer Kaiseki Tasting Menu

This November, Miku Toronto invites you to embrace the season with a seven-course Late Autumn Kaiseki, a refined tasting journey that celebrates the depth and beauty of autumnal flavours. Guided by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero, each dish is crafted with precision and paired with thoughtfully selected premium wines and sakes by Beverage Manager & Sommelier Angela Allan.

Begin with a Wagyu Tartare amuse, followed by a Sashimi course featuring Sawara, Akame, Buri, Atlantic Salmon, and Madai. The Hassun highlights Roasted Scallop with Yuzu Kōshō, Trout Roe, and Pickled Peach; Yasai Medley with Burrata and Kombu Vinegar; and Grilled Lobster with Kabocha and Truffle.

Next, savour Pan Roasted Atlantic Salmon with Shiso Puttanesca di Mare, followed by an artful sushi selection of Uni Nigiri, Kinmedai Nigiri, Tachiuo Bou, Salmon Oshi Bite, and Konbumjime Hirame. The A5 Wagyu course pairs perfectly with Shogun Maitake Mushroom, Onion Purée, and Mushroom Jus.

End on a bright note with a Yuzu Parfait layered with Yuzu Ice Cream, Yuzu Cream, Mascarpone Cream, Chocolate Cookie Crumble, and Candied Yuzu.
