Easter Japanese Buffet: Seafood & Prime Rib
Celebrate Easter at Miku with a special Japanese Seafood & Prime Rib Buffet, available for two days only on April 4 & 5. Curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero, this festive experience brings together seasonal flavours and signature Aburi favourites in one abundant spread.
The experience begins at the Raw Bar with Chef-Selected Sashimi, Seared Tuna Tataki with Truffle Ponzu, and Shrimp Cocktail with Yuzu Cocktail Sauce, alongside a selection of Japanese appetizers including Salmon Nanbanzuke, Kinpira & Heritage Mix Greens with Umami Vinaigrette, Mentaiko (Pollock Roe), Hijiki Seaweed Salad, Bread & Butter, and Miso Soup. At the Sushi Station, guests can enjoy a generous selection of Aburi Oshi Sushi, along with Chef’s Selection of Aburi Nigiri and Chef’s Selection of Maki Sushi, freshly prepared throughout the service.
The buffet continues with Kitchen Favourites including a Prime Rib Carving Station, Smoked Muscovy Duck Breast, Udon & Wagyu Curry Station, Aji Katsu (Spanish Mackerel Fry), Chicken Karaage, Atlantic Miso Yaki, and Panko-Breaded Oysters (Kaki Fry). To complete the experience, guests can finish on a sweet note at our Soft Serve Station, crafted by MICHELIN-Starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi. A featured cocktail or mocktail will also be available for purchase.
