Japanese Buffet: Seafood & Prime Rib

Miku is pleased to present a one-day-only Japanese Seafood & Prime Rib Buffet on Sunday, January 25, from 12pm to 5pm, created by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero. The experience begins at the raw bar with Chef-selected Sashimi, Seared Tuna Tataki finished with truffle ponzu, Shrimp Cocktail with yuzu cocktail sauce, and a selection of Japanese appetizers including Salmon Nanbanzuke, Kinpira Root Vegetables, Datemaki, Konbumaki, Mentaiko, Hijiki seaweed salad, and miso soup.

At the sushi station, enjoy an abundant spread of Aburi Oshi Sushi alongside Chef-selected Aburi Nigiri and Maki Rolls, prepared throughout the service. Kitchen favourites round out the buffet with a Prime Rib Carving station, Roasted Ham, Udon with Wagyu Curry, Aji Katsu, Chicken Karaage, Atlantic Miso Yaki, Panko-breaded Oysters, and Green Peas finished with Yuzu Butter. To complete the experience, guests will enjoy a selection of refined desserts, including Coffee Gelée, Matcha Crème Brûlée, Kuromitsu soft serve, and a delicate Lemon Yuzu Mousse Cake — all crafted by MICHELIN-Starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi. A featured cocktail or mocktail will also be available for purchase.
