Thanksgiving Japanese Buffet: Seafood & Prime Rib

Miku is pleased to present a one-day-only Thanksgiving Japanese Seafood & Prime Rib Buffet on Sunday, October 12. This exclusive lunch event invites guests to celebrate the season with an indulgent menu featuring Miku’s signature creations and Aburi favourites.

The buffet will include a premium raw bar with chef-selected sashimi, seared tuna tataki with truffle ponzu, and shrimp cocktail with yuzu cocktail sauce; an extensive sushi station with Aburi Oshi, nigiri, and maki; and kitchen highlights such as prime rib carving, roast turkey with sage apple stuffing, make-your-own ramen, chicken karaage, Atlantic miso yaki, and panko-breaded oysters.

To complete the experience, guests will enjoy petit green tea opera, Tahitian vanilla cheesecake, and jasmine tea ice cream. There will also be a featured Thanksgiving cocktail or mocktail available for purchase.
