Valentine Seven-Course Kaiseki Menu
Celebrate Valentine’s Day at Miku with an elegant seven-course tasting menu by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero and MICHELIN-Starred Executive Pastry Chef Aiko Uchigoshi. The evening will feature a live guitar performance by Chris Platt from 5:00 to 10:00 PM.
Your Valentine’s experience unfolds with a selection of fine seafood, starting with Japanese sea urchin and Botan ebi served in a cocktail glass, a Mozuku crab salad, a lobster tart and a shared sashimi duo with fresh oyster and pear mignonette. You will also find a premium sushi plate featuring A5 wagyu nigiri, adorned with fresh black truffle. Your evening will continue with Brome Lake duck prepared two ways and conclude with a premium Japanese Oishii Strawberry Shortcake accented with Valrhona Dulcey glacé and pistachio crumble. Complement your experience with an optional wine and sake pairing or enjoy a featured Valentine’s cocktail.

Valentine’s Japanese Floral Arrangement Workshop
Join us for a Valentine’s Ikebana Luncheon on February 14, featuring renowned Ikebana artist Aya Sugino, where floral artistry meets refined Japanese cuisine at Miku Toronto. The experience includes a guided one-hour Ikebana session with all materials provided—vase, flowers, and floral décor—followed by a three-course Ikebana-inspired luncheon curated by Chef de Cuisine Michael Acero. Guests may further elevate their experience by complementing the luncheon with a specially crafted Valentine's Day featured cocktail. Priced at $150 per person (plus tax & gratuity).
